We specialize in creating value for our clients by actively managing their businesses, on an interim basis, through dramatic restructuring and performance improvement programs.

We have never liked being called consultants because we are not content with just providing good ideas.  Our clients, who tend to be private equity funds, multinational corporations, wealthy entrepreneurs, and commercial banks, generally don't need more ideas - they already know where they want to go. Our role is to serve as Sherpa guides along their road to success, turning ideas into money.

17th April 2008 - for the 4th time our company had a pleasure of organizing a Distressed Assets Round Table. We were discussing two subjects:

• "The Altman Z score is widely used globally to assess a company's likelihood to become insolvent. Kolaja & Partners has calculated the Z scores for publicly traded Polish companies. We wanted to share our findings."
• "Given the feast of NPL's distressed investors see in Western Europe, has the appetite for Polish and CEE distressed single name NPL's decreased?"

3rd April 2008 - Kolaja&Partners organized the conference for Polish leading traders. Together with our guests we were trying to find the answer to the question how to become a leader in Central-Eastern Europe. We are planning the next session of this conference in October 2008.
