We are a professional service firm that specializes in radically increasing the value of our clients' businesses.  We primarily implement change in businesses our clients own by committing a team of seasoned interim managers along with a group of analytical consultants. Although present on the Polish and international markets since 1998, we operated under the CII Group brand until 2004.

This combination of leadership coupled with our own analytical methodology and restructuring tools, allows value creating recommendations to be developed and implemented quickly and effectively.
