Our History

Kolaja & Partners used the CII Group brand until 2004.  CII Group, was an operational and strategic consultancy that was founded in Germany in 1995. Thomas Kolaja, Kolaja & Partner's Managing Partner, was one of CII Group's three partners when he launched and managed that firm's operations in Poland in 1998, setting up a full subsidiary in Warsaw in 2000.  Following a reorganization of the partnership in 2002, Mr. Kolaja solely owned the Polish operation.

In order to highlight our strategic focus on restructuring and performance improvement through interim management, we decided to operate under the new brand of Kolaja & Partners.
