What is Interim Management?

Interim Management is the provision of senior or mid-level leadership to a company in times when either support is needed immediately to fill intentional or unexpected gaps in a management team, or when certain one-off skills are needed (radical restructuring, performance improvement or speed in completing high priority projects) for a short- to medium-term engagement. Interim management can also be used in situations where it would be difficult to find qualified staff, either prior to a divestiture or for the launch of a high-risk new venture. The engagements we tend to work on require that we fill CEO, COO or CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer) roles. We ensure a smooth transition to permanent management once the restructuring goals have been reached.
