Our clients generally enjoy a cash return on investment on our professional fees of 800 to 1700 percent over the first twelve months following our projects!

Most assignments begin with a quick operational review of our client's business, during which we develop a clear understanding of the situation the business is in and confirm with our client our recommendations and their goals for the project.  These goals are then prioritized based on the outcomes of our review and an implementation plan is developed to ensure that the improvement goals can be captured successfully and quickly. Working closely with our client, we implement the agreed to restructuring or performance improvement plan.  As necessary, either Kolaja & Partners executives are placed into the business to fill CEO, COO or CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer) roles, or we work as close advisors to the current management team.  Our interim managers or project managers are supported by a team of experienced professionals who make the implementation a success and ensure that the full capabilities and experience of Kolaja & Partners are used.
