We specialize in creating value for our clients by actively managing their businesses, on an interim basis, through dramatic restructuring and performance improvement programs.

We have never liked being called consultants because we are not content with just providing good ideas.  Our clients, who tend to be private equity funds, multinational corporations, wealthy entrepreneurs, and commercial banks, generally don't need more ideas - they already know where they want to go. Our role is to serve as Sherpa guides along their road to success, turning ideas into money.

23rd October 2008 - Kolaja & Partners had a pleasure of organizing a Distressed Assets Round Table.

It was the fifth prestigious meeting, whose objective was to involve representatives of banks, hedge funds, legal offices and consulting companies in an active debate on bad corporate debts.

The next session of Distressed Assets Round Table is scheduled for April, 2009.
